  1. The only qualification for this list is the sonic superiority of the LP, and NOT the quality of the music and/or the performance.. In addition, the records are almost all from "well-known" labels. I have decided that putting together a list of LPs consisting mainly of rare, unknown artists and labels almost impossible to find, would be a useless exercise.
